CFD is over, life is back to normal

Cheyenne Frontier Days is over. Now life can go back to normal.

The end of CFD means:
1. The population shrinks back to 53,000, instead of 106,000. While I am used to living or dealing with a bigger town (Rochester... MADISON!), it's nice to shrink back to a population that is manageable.

2. No more hordes of Cops downtown every night.

3. Less tight Wranglers, beltbuckles, boots and big cowboy hats. (Also, fewer hicks and less attitude about "maintaining the cowboy/rodeo way of life.")

Don't get me wrong. CFD is an interesting experience when in Cheyenne. It's definitely worth experiencing once in your lifetime -- but as a newcomer, jumping right into CFD was fun but now I'm ready for something a little more slow paced.
